Dina originates from Forest Hills in Queens. New York. But she changed her location to Dix Hills on Long Island right before the end of her junior year. Her sister is younger of Gregory, and has an older brother, named Evan. Her first exposure to the industry of entertainment was in the form of modeling from ages nine to sixteen. She began her training in acting at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York, where she studied the acting skills of Sanford Meisner, alongside Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock has received the similar training received by Jeff Goldblum and Leslie Nielsen. She got her first part in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, which required her to move out to Los Angeles. Within the following few months, she got the part in the role of Johnny Mnemonic. For this film, she was the one responsible of almost every stunt and demonstrated herself as an experienced actress. Her agent also manages Matt LeBlanc she scored a part as a guest on Friends.
